Shipping Costs:

- We offer free shipping on all orders. In rare cases where shipping costs or customs fees exceed 50% of the order value, the order may be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.

Order Processing Time:

Our products are shipped from our manufacturing facility located in china and require up to 14 days of handling time before dispatch. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase; however, processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to regional factors.

Please note that custom-made orders may take up to 14 days to be built before they are shipped. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these processing and handling times. Custom made products such as Edc items or wheels are non refundable.

Transit Time:

International:

- Delivery times typically range from 6-12 business days once shipped. Please note custom made orders can take upto 14 days to build prior to shipping, by purchasing any product off this store you accept these build times and shipping times.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your package.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Addison Auto Retrofits is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes

Shipping Restrictions:

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries.
